Opportunities for Service

Praying
One important contribution you can make to this ministry is to be a committed prayer supporter. Each month each national Centre produces a prayer calendar. There are also regular prayer meetings held which provides an opportunity to bring to God the many needs of the ministry of MMM.

Giving
The financial needs grow as the ministry grows. This includes the day to day administrative and development costs, and personal support for the full-time staff. The Mission and its Fulltime Staff are only supported by freewill donations as God prompts people to give. If you want to support us financially, your gifts will be appreciated.

Serving
Numerous opportunities to put faith into action are available through the MMM work projects. Whether serving full-time, part-time or occasionally, a valuable contribution can be made to the Lord's work. Experience the joy of blessing others as we work together in building God's Kingdom.

Even though it is building orientated, MMM International involves people from all walks of life, trade, professional skills and unskilled. God can use you in this Mission! It is your availability not just ability that counts. Consider some of the following areas in which you may be involved.

Administration, Bricklayer, Builder, Cabinet Maker, Carpenter, Church Representative, Construction Supervisor,Concreter, Electrician, Engineer, Financial Supporter, Handyperson, Labourer,  Landscape/Gardener, Management, Painter,   Plasterer, Plumber, Prayer Support, Tiler, Technical/Specialist, Consultant

The extent and need for some of these skills may vary across the Mission. Talk to your nearest MMM Centre about how you may become involved.

Positions Available

Fulltime
Full time staff  serve with MMM having been commissioned by their church fellowships in response to a calling by God. Some work in the building and maintenance areas while others work in administration. Each brings a particular ability or skill.

Staff members are supported financially as God uses their commissioning church, family and friends to provide. Others are fully or partially self funded. The Mission's administration assigns the member to the most suitable area of service.

Part time volunteers

Annual leave, long service leave, an occasional day off, are all opportunities to serve God. MMM volunters offer a wide range of skills and abilities. This growing workforce of men and women is a vital part of MMM. Working in partnership with full time staff much is achieved.

Involvement 'on the job' can be in different ways. It may include building construction, maintenance, painting, office work, cooking for work teams or general handyman jobs. MMM volunteers discover a fulfilling role through their practical assistance to others.

Retired

Retirees or those contemplating retirement can find a fulfilling lifestyle in mission work with MMM. People, with skills and talents accumulated from a life-time of experiences, can use them in a rewarding way in God's service. MMM provides ways that retirees can work part time or full time in a range of activities that can utilise their skills and talents without the pressures associated with secular work.
If retirement is sitting heavy on your shoulders, and you feel the world is passing you by, God hasn't, and He has work for you to do. Contact your closest MMM Centre. It could be the start of a new life for you.
