Win 4
Josephine Kamutatale:
I'm thirty eight years old, married with five children. I was brought up in George compound. My father was not responsible enough to give us an opportunity to go to school because he went after other women. My mother woud have done so if she had the means; she has done so with my young siblings after she gathered some resources. My not being in school resulted into early marriage Having lacked an opportunity for education has been a great bother to me and hindrance to some openings. We have had people  come to the compound to offer different trainings, this has usually passed me because the qualification has been to read and write.

When I was told about the WIN program my first impression was I do not qualify. I was encouraged by one of the recruiters to come and give it a try. This opportunity with WIN is what I needed and it is adding a great value to my life. I am learning how to read, write and sew. I'm very determined and wish there were many days for classes. By the end of the year I wish to read the Bible on my own.

My husband is supportive with my involvement and thinks it's a great idea. My eldest son has completed school while the four are in school; I encourage them a lot because I wouldn't want them to have a similar experience as mine.

What a great opportunity to take hold of, I can't afford to miss this door of opportunity.
